Todays routine was a

Warm up
  1. Side Twists arm flap 20x
  2. Push ups 5x
  3. Squats 10x
  4. Jumping Jacks 15x
  5. Side Lunges 10x
  6. Sun Salutation 2x
  7. 1/4 mile Trail Run 1x

Followed by a 7 minute circuit of Push Ups and Boot Strappers
